Daihatsu Indonesia again surprised the automotive market by launching their latest innovation, a car with a new concept called A-Concept.
This car is directly introduced Sudirman MR, President Director of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor, and Koichi Ina, president of Daihatsu Motor Company (DMC), in the arena of Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS), JI Expo, Kemayoran, Friday, July 22, 2011.
A-Concept is the work of the sons and daughters of Indonesia with direct support from the Japanese technology. While the use of the letter A on the car was an early sign of beginning a new life of Indonesian society.
"Looking ahead, the trend cheap cars for family and friendly environment. So weve got the concept yet. New possibility can be mass produced within 2-3 years," said Sudirman.
Because it is still in concept stage, he added, Daihatsu has not been able to provide detailed spesifikan this car. From appearances, the A-Concept is very attractive, sporty and stylish, including the interior.
Judging from her shape, this concept car a modern look with curves front of the firm and the shape of the eye in the head lamp that looks melancip.
Meanwhile, on the side of the newfangled automobile hatchback is flowing to the stern, so that it looks stylish. The back is the most attention in the hollow body and a charming rear lamp shape.

According to Sudirman, if government regulations about the cheap and environmentally friendly car set, A-Concept will be one product that will be launched. "We are waiting for government regulation. If we had, we just decided," he said.
When asked whether the price will be below 100 million, Sudirman simply replied, "Do not know yet. Well see.

2012 Hyundai i40 is a Sonata Wagon We Could Love

The 2012 Hyundai i40 is avalable eith a choise of four Euro V-complaint engines including two gasoline and two diesels. All four units range from 113-hp to 174-hp. Of course that wont allow your any impressive perfomance numbers but you will definitely be saving money at the pump.
Genava has been quite a show for big, handsome wagons, from the stonking Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG to the shapely Saab 9-5 Sportcombi, theres been a kinschlepper for every taste and budget. Adding to the variety is Hyundais i40 estate, and it, too, is a looker.
Boasting the same shaply rising character line as the Sonata sedan upon whish its based, the i40 nevertheless has a more traditional nose, with a smaller grille and headlamps that look more like those from the Sonata Hybrid. Overall, the front aesthetic lurks somewhere betwen the Elantra and an embiggened Veloster, but either way, its all Hyundai ant its an attractive piece.
Hyundai is quick to note that the i40 was developed in Russelsheim, Germany, with the European market firmly in mind, and it will be the Continents first crack at the model range when it hits dealers later this year. A sedan variant will follow, but its not known if it will look like the North American YF Sonata sedan, or if it eill adopt this cars front clip.
Similarly, we know that more than a few executives within Hyundai of America want to see two-box Sonata come to the States, but it isnt yet clear if a business case has been made for the shapely load-lugger.
